The annual EJH Salvation Army Canned Food Drive is going on until Dec 19th.  Any nonperishable food is acceptable. The barrels will be by the concessions stand, and ONLY bring them during reading time. The 3rd period class that brings the most canned food in will earn doughnuts.  Each item brought in will also earn one punch on your punch card. So, donate today! Currently Resnik’s third period has brought in the most donations.

This is the last week to donate to the Giving Tree. This is a fundraiser that raises money for local families in need. You can do your part for this cause by donating spare change and gift cards in the office gift boxes. The 8th period class to raise the most money will receive cookies for your class. Thank you for helping out this holiday season.

We hope everyone is excited to hear our talented Orchestra, Band, and Choir this afternoon.  This is a friendly reminder that these students work very hard to get this music ready for your enjoyment, so please show them courtesy by having great concert etiquette.  That means staying silent during the performance, giving your full attention to the performers (and not phones, friends, or anything else), and applauding enthusiastically, but not obnoxiously at the conclusion of a piece of music.  Thank you very much for giving our awesome musical ensembles that respect. Enjoy the concert!
